Time just keeps passing.

The days are long.

The years are short.

And before we know it, they are walking and talking.

They are exploring the world timidly with their tiny finger curled around yours.

Running and chasing.

Laughing.

Forming sentences and becoming little people with their own thoughts.

Independence.

Decision making. The good and the bad.

Lessons.

Love, love and more love.

My heart aches at the thought of this. How painfully quick it passes.
